The breathtaking views of the East River and New York City skyline from my room at Millennium Hilton were truly unforgettable. The 42-inch flat-screen TV with streaming services like Netflix was a fantastic touch, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring the city.

The delayed check-in process was a major inconvenience, and the repeated attempts to enter my room during the late hours were unsettling.

The hotel staff were very caring and made sure our room was stocked with coffee pods and paper cups. Our double room had a beautiful view of the river and was equipped with a microwave, tea, coffee making facilities, and a fridge.

This place has an amazing central location, and the restaurant here offers reasonably priced warm dishes, while the exceptional and friendly staff truly stood out.

The property is wonderful with a fantastic setting. the pool is nice. - the rooms are fancy. - the staff at the reception desk are exceptional. - There is a variety of restaurants to choose from nearby, like East Palace. - the broiler restaurant is a nice place to hang out.

The Millennium Hilton New York One Un Plaza has been my favorite hotel in NYC for years. The staff always remembers me, the security is top-notch, and the views are breathtaking, especially at sunrise. The proximity to landmarks like the Empire State Building and Central Park enhanced our family bonding experience, while the spacious rooms and comfy beds made relaxation easy. However, the lack of breakfast and some cleanliness issues were drawbacks.

The bed was spacious, the room was new and tastefully decorated, and the location was convenient, close to a 102-Story Art Deco Skyscraper, with helpful staff assisting with luggage.

The room was a good size and had useful amenities like a TV, storage space, and a comfortable sofa.

our room was always sparkling clean and the hotel’s location made it a breeze to get around. it’s super close to grand central and not too far from times square. the staff were so helpful and even let us store our bags after we checked out. plus, the early check-in and awesome view from our room were a huge plus.

I chose this hotel for attending a product showcase because it provides a convenient location near the UNHQ, where I had business meetings. The view from my room was fantastic, with a huge picture window offering a stunning view of the East River and the NY skyline. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, contributing to a pleasant stay.

The one service that I missed for my work was the difficulty in adding a digital key to the app, which resulted in having to go to the front desk to add the digital key and to check out. This made the check-in process less convenient than expected.

The room was spacious, functional, and had a safe box and storage; the staff was attentive and provided a lot of helpful information, making it a great experience.
